Pierre Chadi

Pierre Chadi is currently the VP of Investment for the $85M Angel Quebec Capital fund where he oversees a portfolio of investments in early stage companies. He is also an angel investor focusing on active management through board responsibilities in several early stage Software As A Service (SAAS) companies. Electrical engineer with an MBA degree, Pierre has over 30 years of IT experience. Formerly he spent 19 years as a director of Eastern region with Microsoft Canada.

Stéphane Boivin

Co-Founder President & CEO

SBB&WWith over 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Stéphane clearly understands the challenges involved in end-to-end manufacturing. The idea of developing Pivot88 came out of his own experience with the supply chain. His focus at that time was on remote quality management and supply chain optimization. Stéphane has more than 12 years experience in China within the quality management process. During his career, Stéphane has held several executive positions at the following companies: Toyota Industrial Group, Deloitte Consulting, and Ryder Logistics.

Today with Pivot88 his focus is on helping companies overcome supply chain challenges through the use of emergent technologies providing visibility into the most vulnerable and riskiest parts of the supply chain – within suppliers. Stéphane holds an MBA from UQAM University and is a certified professional logistician from the Canadian Logistics Institute.

Isabelle Pilon

Co-Founder & Executive Vice PresidentIPb&w

Holder of a law degree and an MBA, Isabelle has over 10 years of experience in Procurement, Quality & Business Process Optimization. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, she has always evolved in an international context, particularly working with China where she also studied Mandarin.

At Pivot88, Isabelle leads the Customer Success team that is responsible for product development, implementations and support. Isabelle today spends most of her time in Asia where she stays close to the majority of users.

Yves Leclerc is a managing director at Westmonroe Partner and leader of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution industry and supply chain practice. He has more than 25 years of experience applying business and technology expertise to deliver global supply chain solutions. Yves specializes in supply chain business processes transformation to drive shareholder value creation.

Chantal Laberge

Building on over 30 yClaberge B&Wears of experience in business, Chantal Laberge is currently a corporate director and management consultant, assisting business executives with strategic development, investments, risk management and governance implementation. A graduate in business administration from the University of Alberta, Ms. Laberge is a Chartered Professional Accountant member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She previously held the positions of auditor at Deloitte, Senior Relationship Manager at the Bank of Montreal Innovation and Technology Centre, Senior Manager, Private Investment, Medium-Sized Enterprises at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Senior Manager and co-founder of the Québec Manufacturing Fund, a $100 million fund established by the Caisse that contributes to the financing and active management of businesses.

Joe Couto

Joe is the Chief Operating Officer of the HighJump Logistics Group, which is comprised of DSD, Transportation and 3PL. The HighJump Logistics business unit is responsible for selling, implementing and supporting the software solutions which are in use by over 600 organizations in 17 countries. Joe has over 25 years of 3PL software industry experience and has been instrumental in leading the Logistics group to meet the rapid growth plans for HighJump. Joe is a recognized thought leader in the area of 3PL software including the unique requirements of “concurrent client logistics”. Joe joined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Joe was also a founder of Delfour Corporation, a Toronto-based software company focused on solutions for the 3PL industry. Headwater Technologies acquired Delfour in 2004, and under Headwater, Joe and his partners acquired FreightLogix in order to expand the product suite with a complementary transportation solution. In September 2006, Accellos acquired Headwater. Joe was awarded 2014 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
