Joe Couto

Joe is the Chief Operating Officer of the HighJump Logistics Group, which is comprised of DSD, Transportation and 3PL. The HighJump Logistics business unit is responsible for selling, implementing and supporting the software solutions which are in use by over 600 organizations in 17 countries. Joe has over 25 years of 3PL software industry experience and has been instrumental in leading the Logistics group to meet the rapid growth plans for High Jump. Joe is a recognized thought leader in the area of 3PL software including the unique requirements of “concurrent client logistics”. Joe joined HighJump as part of the 2014 merger with Accellos. Joe was also a founder of Delfour Corporation, a Toronto-based software company focused on solutions for the 3PL industry. Headwater Technologies acquired Delfour in 2004, and under Headwater, Joe and his partners acquired Freight Logix in order to expand the product suite with a complimentary transportation solution. In September 2006, Accellos acquired Headwater. Joe was awarded 2014 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Pierre Chadi

Pierre Chadi is currently the VP of Investment for the $85M Angel Quebec Capital fund where he oversees a portfolio of investments in early stage companies. He is also an angel investor focusing on active management through board responsibilities in several early stage Software As A Service (SAAS) companies. Electrical engineer with an MBA degree, Pierre has over 30 years of IT experience. Formerly he spent 19 years as a director of Eastern region with Microsoft Canada.
Isabelle Pilon

Isabelle holds a law degree and an MBA, and has spent her professional life between North America and Asia working with various brands on optimizing their processes to increase their efficiency. Understanding the realities and the challenges of globalization, Isabelle leads the Operations team to ensure that Pivot88 consistently delivers the promise to simplify and improve Quality and Compliance processes and standards.
Stephane Boivin
Co-Founder, President and CEO
With over 20 years of experience in the supply chain industry, Stéphane clearly understands the challenges involved in end-to-end manufacturing.
The idea of developing Pivot88 came out of his own experience in the supply chain, and in particular on remote quality management and supply chain optimization.
During his career, Stéphane held several executive positions at various companies including Toyota Industrial Group of Company, Deloitte Consulting and Ryder Logistics, and spent over 14 years working in China within Quality Management processes.
Today with Pivot88 his focus is on helping companies overcome quality management challenges through the use of emergent technologies providing visibility into the most vulnerable and riskiest parts of the supply chain – within suppliers.
Stéphane holds an MBA from UQAM University and is a certified professional logistician from the Canadian Logistics Institute.
