Whilst we might not be full-time rockstars (karaoke efforts notwithstanding), the Pivot88 team have been on tour, hitting Maastricht and Milan last week for the 34th IAF World Fashion Convention and the PI Apparel shows.

We had great fun launching our #trustinaction campaign at PI Apparel in Milan on The Wave, a sweeping 45m long digital advertising platform. Breaking beyond the boundaries of a traditional billboard or poster meant we could really showcase the possibilities of the great things that can happen when you trust your supply chain. Our CEO Stephane Boivin did take to the stage at PI Apparel, teaming up with Jo Anne Benson from Under Armour to give a presentation on the sharing, collaboration, transparency and communication that have made our partnership so awesome. And Craig Crawford, our Digital Transformation Strategist, gave an inspirational and forward-looking talk at IAF on smart supply chains, handling tough questions from the audience with honesty and generous amounts of his trademark humour.

Whilst trade shows might not be rock and roll, we had an absolute blast meeting our clients, industry peers and colleagues from the globe discussing all things fashion and manufacturing. When you gather so many of the world’s innovators, leaders and visionaries on supply chain and manufacturing in one place, big ideas form and great things start to happen. We’re giving our passports a little bit of of a break after our trip to Europe but we’ll be back on the road soon.
